A friend of mine introduced me to the concept of positive affirmations a while ago. At first I thought, “oh yeah, that feel-good stuff, I don’t really have time for that”. But then the other day I woke up in a bad mood for no particular reason. I had a HUGE to-do list to get through and I didn’t want to let that negative mindset cloud my progress for the day so I thought “hey, I gonna try those positive affirmations!”. And you know what? Within 5-10 minutes I was not only feeling back to myself, I was feeling even more positive and driven than usual.
So, after my having actually tried the idea, here are 20 positive affirmations to help you get your week off to a GREAT start!
